Alumni Enrichment Funds

An alumni enrichment fund was established to encourage Phillips Ambassadors to continue their engagement with Asia and to broaden awareness of Asia back home and on UNC campus. Funds are given primarily to help finance participation in additional study abroad programs in Asia via programs offered through the Study Abroad Office or the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Funds may also be awarded to help underwrite projects that serve to highlight Asia-related issues and cultures to a public audience at UNC, the state of North Carolina, or a student’s hometown. Examples of such projects include: guest lecturers, film series, cultural events, outreach sessions, student organizations, service projects, etc. Joint applications are encouraged.
